Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the resolutions of the 37th General Meeting of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., which took place on 7 February 2024 in the Multimedia Hall at the Company's headquarters.

The adopted resolutions are attached to this notification and published at the company website www.telekom.si for a period of at least five years following the notification.
