Based on the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Kidričeva 26, 3000 Celje, announces that the Supervisory Board of the company appointed Tomaž Berločnik as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at its meeting on 23 July 2024, and Melita Malgaj as his deputy. The Supervisory Board appointed Melita Malgaj as the Chairwoman of the Audit Committee.
