Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby notifies the public that today, on 7 July 2020, it has signed a share purchase agreement with TV2 MEDIA CSOPORT ZRT for the sale of all business shares in Planet TV, televizijska dejavnost, d.o.o., which together represent 100% nominal value of company’s share capital.

The agreed purchase price is EUR 5,0 million. The entire transaction will be completed after the fulfilment of all the conditions precedent agreed in the share purchase agreement and buyer's acquisition of the consent of the competent authorities. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of September 2020. The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., had already approved the conclusion of the transaction. Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will not disclose other details until the completion of the transaction.

This announcement will be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d. d. (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
