ZTSR d.o.o, a 50-50 joint venture of Sava Re d.d. and Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., has completed the acquisition of the health-care provider Diagnostic Centre Bled d.o.o. (Diagnostični center Bled, d.o.o.) started in 2019.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of this announcement.
