Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On Thursday, 28 March 2019, and Friday, 29 March 2019, some media reported on a forensic audit report for the 2007-2019 period. In relation to this matter Telekom Slovenije, d.d., must explain that the document and its content are a trade secret of the company, and consequently we cannot provide any explanations relating to its content.

We can only provide the following comments:
- The forensic audit report for the 2007-2015 period was commissioned by the current Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.
- Based on this forensic report, Telekom Slovenije’s Supervisory Board adopted resolution proposed by Telekom Slovenije’s Management Board that all the documentation related to the business dealings reviewed in the report be handed over to the competent law enforcement authorities, which has already been done.

The forensic report pertains to the operations between the years 2007 and 2015 (i.e. “the audit period”). An additional report also mentions some business transactions that occurred after this period (i.e. outside the “audit period”), i.e. after 2015, which could potentially be related to the providers from the forensic audit report; however, no irregularities were discovered in relation to them.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
