Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Abanka d.d. hereby announces that

member of Abanka d.d.’s Supervisory Board Blaž Šterk submitted his resignation on 4 October. Mr Šterk’s resignation will take effect on 31 December 2017.

Two replacement members of the Supervisory Board will be appointed by Abanka d.d.’s General Meeting of Shareholders, planned for 11 October 2017.

This announcement will also be published on Abanka d.d.’s website as of 5 October 2017, and will be accessible for a period of no less than five years.
